Due to the nature of our products, KMD Luxury Hair does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, the length guide, and texture guide thoroughly before placing an order.

01. No Returns Policy

At KMD Luxury Hair, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products — whether opened or unopened.

Hair is an intimate personal care item and we are unable to resell returned goods. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.

02. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Hair in its original, uninstalled condition

Resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.

03. What Is Not Covered

  • Hair that has been installed, colored, bleached, or chemically treated
  • Hair that has been cut, styled, or altered in any way
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
  • Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
